About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, CPI

Must-Have :

2 years FSED / ED experience

Proficiency with tough sticks, large bore IVs, blood cultures, triage, and monitoring

Description :

The unit has 11 beds and a staff of 3 on each shift.

Patient ratios are 1 : 4.

The typical equipment includes trauma equipment, POC lab, and precipitous delivery tools.

The EMR system used is Meditech.

Skills most recruited for include the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Emergency response procedures are performed regularly.

Typical procedures include POC lab testing.

Candidates should be flexible and possess good teamwork skills.

Weekends are required every other weekend.

Candidates unable to meet the minimum required experience will not be considered.

Preferred candidates will have 2 years of ED / FSED experience.
