As a Welder , you will play a key role in fabricating, assembling, and joining structural and piping components critical to our production and mission operations. You’ll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to execute precise, high-quality welds across a variety of materials, ensuring all products meet rigorous performance and safety standards. This role is hands-on and suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG, MIG, and arc welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-nickel alloys.
• Interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformance.
• Execute high-precision laser welding on thin-gauge and high-strength alloys, maintaining tight control of heat input, distortion, and weld integrity in mission-critical hardware.
• Fabricate, assemble, and pressure-test structural and piping systems supporting aerospace and defense operations.
• Maintain compliance with ASME, AWS, and company weld standards, following approved procedures.
• Uphold strict safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in all work areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

U.S. EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE STATUS
