Social Media Manager with Personal Assistant Duties

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM (flexibility required for occasional events and varying weekly needs)

Beverly Hills / Studio City

Up to $45 / hour DOE + potential stipend toward benefits

A highly sought-after, well-established hairstylist with a discerning UHNW and celebrity clientele is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Social Media Manager who is also comfortable supporting with light Personal Assistant responsibilities.

This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a respected figure in the beauty industry who is warm, collaborative, and eager to expand their personal brand and digital presence. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, organized, and has a keen understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
• Creating engaging content including photo, video, and reels (filming, editing, and posting)
• Assisting with brand collaborations and influencer outreach
• Monitoring analytics and adjusting strategies for growth and engagement
• Supporting the principal with light personal assistant tasks such as scheduling, errands, gifting, and organizing
• Assisting on set or at events as needed
