In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will work closely with commercial accounts to ensure timely and efficient resolution of outstanding balances while fostering strong relationships with clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account information and payment records.
• Monitor and report on collection activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Handle escalated accounts with tact and professionalism to achieve successful outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout collection processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service while balancing firm collection practices.
• Document and update records of all communication and collection activities in company systems.
• Proven experience in collections, particularly with commercial accounts.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation to ensure accurate and detailed account tracking.
