In this role, you'll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don't cost extra. As an essential team member at Drury Hotels, you will work on a team with other friendly customer focused team members completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine.

Competitive starting hourly pay

No previous cleaning experience required.

Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.

Ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain clean rooms according to established standards.

Inspect rooms visually to help identify necessary maintenance items.

Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested.

Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.

Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards.

Inspect rooms visually to help identify necessary maintenance items.

Assist guests whenever possible by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information that they request.

You may be asked to help in the laundry / clean public spaces when needed.

Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service while discovering and responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a quick and efficient manner with a Service +1 attitude.

Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests.

Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week and our busiest days are weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Working on Saturdays and Sundays may be a requirement for this position.

Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Requires a thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies.

Requires the ability to work without direct supervision.

Provides excellent customer service.

Requires knowledge, skills, and mental abilities equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

Previous cleaning experience is useful but not necessary.

Requires the ability to walk and stand throughout the entire work shift.

Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.

Requires the ability to lift 25 35 pounds intermittently during the workday.

Reports to the Executive Cleaner / Assistant General Manager.

Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative working relationship with all hotel departments.
