Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipper Letter of Instruction
• Filing International Export information through ACE
• Crating and packing sensitive high value material for domestic and international shipments.
• Loading and unloading semi-trailers
• Arranging domestic and international shipments with customers and carriers
• Maintain tracking log of all shipments coming through the shipping department.
• Creating efficiencies for shipping department
