About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Operations to lead its Value-Based Care (VBC) programs for kidney disease. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational leadership, with at least 8 years' experience, and a proven track record in managing robust, regional teams. Experience in value-based care and a background in healthcare, particularly in a clinical setting, are preferred. The role requires a leader with strong operations and business acumen, who is also an engaging and fun culture-builder. Key responsibilities include managing a budget, driving performance metrics, and leading a team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
