Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare professional with LPN / LVN certification is needed to provide one-on-one care for a student with Down Syndrome in a school setting. This contract position is located in the Elgin / St. Charles, IL area and involves specialized medical support during the school day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer approximately eight gastrostomy (G-tube) feedings daily
• Monitor blood glucose levels using the Blue Loop system
• Provide diabetic care including insulin administration and carbohydrate counting
• Ensure the students safety and fort while performing medical tasks
• Collaborate with school staff and family to support the students health needs
