Position Summary
The Program Associate will be reporting to the Program Manager. This person will ensure smooth coordination of supportive services for families, including Transitional Age Youth (TAY), in UBHs DMH-funded interim housing program. This role supports referrals, intakes, and documentation, while helping families transition from crisis housing to permanent stability.
