Location : 1 hour South Indianapolis, 2 hours East of Cincinnati and 1 hour North of Louisville, Kentucky

Duration : January 2nd and ongoing until permanent is hired (locum to perm)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7A-5P

Call : 24 hour call Every 7th day and every 7th weekend

Scope : General (DaVinci included), B&B, GYN, Ortho (regional blocks), ENT (healthy peds >

6 months), spine, No heads or hearts

Hospital : 113 bed, Meditech EMR, 9 ORS

Group : 6 in a half,

Required : Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active Indiana License
