Insurance Sales producer

We are hiring a driven and customer-focused Part-Time Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Ventura, CA. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is ready to build a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities :

Develop new business through lead generation, referrals, and cross-selling to existing clients.

Provide exceptional, friendly customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Contact prospective clients to discuss their insurance needs and market appropriate policies.

Explain and present policy features and terms clearly to clients.

Maintain client records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle inquiries regarding policy changes, claims, and billing.

Requirement

Qualifications :

Authorized to work in USA

Agree to undergo a background check.

Possess a valid Property & Casualty and / or Life insurance license, or be willing to obtain one soon in a couple of months.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Spanish is a plus

Proficiency with computers and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software are a plus.

Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A positive, people-oriented, and resilient attitude.

Local to Ventura for an easy commute to our office.
