A Family Practice - With OB Physician position in a multi-specialty group east of Des Moines, Iowa, offering a flexible 4.5-day workweek and a collaborative environment. The clinic is equipped to handle approximately 200 deliveries annually, with C-section call responsibilities at a 1 : 3 ratio. Competitive compensation ranges from $265K to $298K, with a $100K signing bonus and a partnership track available.

Join 19-provider Multi-Specialty Group east of Des Moines, Iowa that is seeking a Family Medicine with OB and C-section capabilities.

Practice Details

  • Group currently has 2 female FM with OB / CS
  • Work 4.5-day workweek. a 4-day workweek could be negotiated.
  • The clinic is open 7 : 30A to 6P, Monday - Friday 9 am to 12 Noon on Saturday
  • Beautiful 17K Sq Ft office.
  • Group currently delivers around 200 babies per year.
  • C-section call will be 1 : 3.

Compensation / Benefits

  • $265K to $298K (dependent upon work schedule) + comprehensive benefits package. Partnership track
  • $100K signing bonus paid over 4 years
