Responsibilities :
Screen and direct all calls coming into the officeCoordinate medical leadership schedule of appointments, meetings, etc.Transcription, general correspondence as neededOrganize and assist in coordinating socials, meetings, conference calls and other special eventsResponsible for completing daily volume reports and trends as needed necessary by on-site Medical Director(s)Place reminder calls to physicians and key players at the hospitals for monthly and quarterly meetings and conference callsCoordinate and record all clinician CME and other required documents by the company and / or the facilityRecord minutes for meetings and conference callsEstablish and maintain files both hard copy and electronicallyScreen, re-direct, and assist callers - patient complaints, physicians with questions, physician payroll errors, hospitals requesting informationAssist Regional Clinical Performance Advisors with various mail outs, phone calls, etc. for the facilityPerforms general duties such as typing, operating office machines, ordering supplies and materials, etc.Update facility contacts and account / hospital team in SalesforceCreate and maintain graphs and spreadsheets as needed to analyze and report data.Prepare reports / letter in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Assists with any special projects and other duties that arise.Run reports and data from the EMR.Any other duties deemed necessary by management.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Exceptional organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levelsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Exceptional attention to detail.EDUCATION :
High School Diploma, required.WORK EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
