What Youll Do

Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support.

Provide health monitoring and documentation under nurse guidance.

Support medication administration and routine care procedures.

Foster independence and community engagement through daily activities.

Maintain accurate records and communicate care updates to supervisors.

Ensure a safe respectful and person-centered environment.

What You Bring

Active CNA certification (Missouri or Kansas eligible).

Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or medical needs (preferred).

Compassionate dependable and professional demeanor.

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record (required for some locations).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical care as needed.

Successful completion of background and FCSR screenings prior to hire.

The Role at a Glance

Pay : $19 / hr. base pay $2 / hr. premium for CNA certification weekend differential pay $3 / hr. ($24 / hr. during some weekend shifts)

Work Setting : Residential High Medical Needs Homes across the Kansas City Missouri area.

Schedule : Full-time or part-time with evening overnight and weekend shifts available.

Training : Paid onboarding and continued professional development (required).
