Job Description :
Conduct outreach to healthcare companies and facilities through cold calls and emails to introduce the recruiting and staffing services.
Reach out to companies already posting on the job board and utilize them as warm leads to offer the recruitment and staffing services.
Source, screen, and pre-qualify healthcare professionals (e.g., CNAs, DSPs, LPNs, RNs) based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring companies, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and outreach activities in the company's CRM or tracking system (Zoho Recruit or Google Sheets).
Send follow-up emails and professional communication to employers and candidates after initial contact or interviews.
Assist with preparing and sending pre-approved contracts or onboarding documents through PandaDoc or similar tools.
Collaborate with the company owner on lead generation strategies and weekly recruitment goals.
Support basic email marketing efforts (Mailchimp, Gmail campaigns) to promote recruitment services and connect with potential employers.
Provide weekly performance updates and reports on outreach, candidate sourcing, and active job placements.

A proactive, confident, and results-driven attitude with strong initiative and accountability.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for professional correspondence and phone outreach.
Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or customer outreach (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage daily outreach, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently.
Confidence in making cold calls and sending outreach emails to potential employers and candidates.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or databases for lead tracking and relationship management.
Ability to work independently while following clear systems, goals, and performance targets.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Tech-savviness and adaptability, with the ability to use communication and productivity tools effectively.
Experience or familiarity with the following tools :
