Change Order Representative

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE). Key Responsibilities Review and enter patient demographics and change order paperwork into the digital system Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and process payments as needed Identify patient needs, research issues, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements Required Qualifications High school graduate Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a relevant field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Home Health / DME related experience preferred Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus
