Top Gun Staffing Group LLC has partnered with a full-service Third-Party Administrator in the Greater Boston area to help them identify a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis! This position is 100% remote!

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with their benefits. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer benefit-related inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure our employees fully understand and maximize their benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to benefit-related inquiries from employees and providers.
  • Provide detailed information on health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit plans.
  • Assist employees with enrollment, claims, and benefits-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough research to resolve complex benefit questions and issues.
  • Educate employees on benefit options and processes.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve employee concerns.
  • Stay up to date with changes in benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or benefits-related role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hours :

  • The Call Center is open Monday - Friday, 8 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM ET. You will be assigned one of the following 37.5-hour shifts upon commencing employment based on needs of the business : 8 : 00AM - 4 : 00PM | 8 : 30AM - 4 : 30PM | 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM | 9 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM | 10 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM
  • Pay :

    22.50 / hour + generous benefits package upon conversion.
