Laborer – Garbage Collection
Location : McKinney, TX
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 30 AM start time | 50+ hours / week
Pay : $18.00 / hr
Waste Connections is growing and adding General Laborer to our team in McKinney, TX! This is a physically demanding outdoor role where you'll work on the back of a garbage truck, manually collecting waste and helping keep our community clean and safe.
Responsibilities
- Manually collect garbage and load it into the back of a waste collection truck
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Support the driver with safe and effective waste collection practices
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors
