We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist with a proven track record in leading organizational change management efforts for federal technology projects, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives supporting Federal Financial Management and Audit environments. This role will focus on strategic communications, stakeholder management, and training development / delivery to support large-scale transformation, with particular emphasis on driving adoption of automated financial and audit-ready processes in regulated federal settings.

Key responsibilities include :

• Change Management : Design and implement robust change management strategies tailored to federal system implementation projects and RPA-enabled process transformations, ensuring seamless organizational adoption.
• RPA + Federal Financial / Audit Adoption : Lead change activities for RPA deployments automating Federal financial and audit processes.
• Strategic Communications : Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver clear, user-friendly communications through various channels.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison between program teams, customers, and end-users.
• Training Development and Delivery : Lead the creation and execution of tailored training programs.
• Metrics and Continuous Improvement : Establish metrics to measure change management success.
• Agile Integration : Apply agile methodologies to streamline change management activities.
