Are you a licensed Medical Technologist looking for a traditional M-F work schedule?

Join the growing lab of a Boca Raton biotech company & non-profit biomaterials donor organization, with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule ( no weekends or holidays).

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Responsibilities

This certified Medical Technologist will perform Hematology and Flow Cytometry analysis on patient samples.

  • Process, examine, and test patient samples using a flow cytometer and hematology analyzer, and document test results according to GDP and GMP.
  • Perform data analysis of processed samples.
  • Manage Send-out tests, testing supplies, reagents, etc.
  • Check quality control and verify test method ranges for standards and references.
  • Maintain / troubleshoot instrumentation.

Qualifications

  • Active Medical Technologist certification in the state of Florida
  • 3 years of Hematology experience OR 1 year of Flow Cytometry experience
  • Core lab experience doing hematology and Blood bank testing is a Plus.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills, communication skills, and teamwork skills

  • Position is Contract-to-Hire
  • Work schedule is weekdays only; no weekends or holidays or on-call shifts.
