Summary :
The position will require the candidate to be responsible for responding to the service needs of our customers across the US and Canada. This may include helping with system integration, customer runoffs, assist with the installation at customer location and conduct field service as required.
Primary Duties :
- Troubleshoot robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics
- Disassemble and reassemble robots or peripheral equipment to make repairs. Replacement of defective circuit boards, sensors, controllers, encoders, and servomotors
- Perform preventive or corrective maintenance and programming on robotic systems or components
- Maintain service records of robotic equipment or automated systems
- Assist and interface with mechanical / electrical engineering group during development of robotic integration systems
- Perform customer runoffs, and installation assistance at customer’s location
- Conduct Field service, as needed
- Comply with all safety rules according to Company policy
- Offer other technical expertise necessary to support quality integration, assistance / start up

Understanding of Robotic Theory and able to understand and read mechanical and electrical schematics, diagrams and blueprints.This position requires maintaining a valid driver's licenseCertificate or appropriate technical degree for listed qualificationsMinimum of 4 years’ experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job
