Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing. Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) is a significant plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle issues with innovative solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a growth mindset.

Position overview
We are looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, high-performance web applications, with a particular focus on enterprise application. You’ll work in a deeply iterative, collaborative, fast-paced environment with a team that takes pride in their craft and enjoys building software that delights our customers.

- Design and build efficient and reusable systems that drive complex applications
- Plan and deploy infrastructure necessary to build, test, and deploy our products
- Ensure the security and integrity of application data in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
