Compensation :

70,000 - $100,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Build long-lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and personalized service
  • Provide strategic guidance across areas such as life insurance, retirement, education planning, and wealth protection
  • Analyze client needs and design tailored financial strategies
  • Provide education on insurance, investment, and retirement vehicles to help clients make confident decisions
  • Network, prospect, and engage your community to expand a client base
  • Partner with mentors and support teams to grow your practice
  • Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide informed guidance
  • Qualifications :

  • A self-motivated, goal-driven, business mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, relatable ways
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, finance, or related fields is helpful—but  not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
  • Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple client needs and priorities
