Compensation :
70,000 - $100,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
Build long-lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and personalized serviceProvide strategic guidance across areas such as life insurance, retirement, education planning, and wealth protectionAnalyze client needs and design tailored financial strategiesProvide education on insurance, investment, and retirement vehicles to help clients make confident decisionsNetwork, prospect, and engage your community to expand a client basePartner with mentors and support teams to grow your practiceStay current on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide informed guidanceQualifications :
A self-motivated, goal-driven, business mindset with a passion for helping othersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsThe ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, relatable waysPrior experience in sales, customer service, finance, or related fields is helpful—but not requiredBachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)Fluency in additional languages is a strong plusExcellent organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple client needs and prioritiesCompensation & Benefits
