Meet the Team
The Technical Writing Team plays a crucial role in creating and managing technical documentation for software and hardware products. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, review and edit technical documents, and provide quality control, and publication to the appropriate platforms. This position requires excellent writing and editing skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for software / hardware products and systems.
Manage, edit, and publish APIs and supporting software documentation for the developer’s site.
Manage, edit, and publish hardware documentation such as data sheets and reference manuals for the public website.
Understand user needs and tailor documentation to address their pain points and enhance their experience.
