Physical Therapist - PRN Weekends

HTS is currently searching for a Physical Therapist to join the team on a PRN basis to work at our partner rehab facility located in Evansville, IN. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will provide coverage for call-ins, planned time off, caseload increases and weekends on an as-needed, PRN basis. Additionally, we have a consistent need for 4-6 hours of coverage on Saturdays.

Job Details :

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
