Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) HRA, Traveler 7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in New Mexico. Nurse Practitioners will be required to travel the entire state with travel to additional states based on the needs of the business. NPs willcomplete an average of30 assessments per week / 6 assessments per day. Extended stays away from home location will likely occur. Providerswill be reimbursed for travel mileage hotel and meals .

Position Summary

Unlike a typical clinic visit this role allows NPs to connect with patients on a more personal and effective level. Nurse Practitioners performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.
