Hybrid | NC and SC On-Site Travel Required | Intermediate Level

What You'll Do

  • Bridge the gap between Supply Chain Operations and IT, translating business needs into smart, efficient system solutions.
  • Support and enhance Infor Supply Chain systems and related software used across our health system.
  • Lead and assist with projects to implement new functionality and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support existing systems-helping end users solve problems quickly.
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to empower system users.
  • Collaborate with the Novant Health IT team , Supply Chain leadership , and other business partners to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
  • Work with Epic and other integrated systems that support supply chain workflows.
  • Identify and recommend process and technology improvements to strengthen performance and patient support.

  • Passionate about using technology to improve the patient and family experience.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred .
  • Experience : Previous experience supporting or implementing business systems, ideally in healthcare supply chain or a related area highly preferred
  • Skills : Knowledge of Infor or other ERP systems is highly valuable. Ability to analyze workflows, design solutions, and support end users. Efficient in Microsoft.
  • Other : Hybrid role with some on-site work and travel to Novant Health markets as needed.
