Liebherr is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our senior and executive leadership teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background and a passion for aligning people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR practices, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
A critical plus for this role is prior experience in a manufacturing environment, where understanding operational dynamics and workforce challenges is essential to success.

Responsibilities
- Serves as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Provides HR leadership and support within a manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with operational goals and workforce needs.
- Partners with manufacturing leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provides guidance to managers on employment law issues and escalates concerns as required.
- Leads and manages complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and risk mitigation.
- Drives change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Applies strong business acumen to understand key drivers of organizational performance and contributes to business planning.
- Leverages data and analytics to improve decision-making and to measure HR effectiveness.
- Supports workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning efforts.
- Champions a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Collaborates across HR functions to implement programs that foster a high-performance culture.
Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of HR experience; or an equivalent combination of education and direct Human Resources experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner.Strong business acumen and analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and business alignmentProven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within a startup environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to guide and influence Human Resources initiatives.Proficiency in HR software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.Our Offer
