A Family Practice Physician is responsible for providing primary care services to patients aged 18 and older in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. The physician conducts scheduled appointments with both new and established patients, utilizing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. The work schedule includes morning and afternoon patient slots with a focus on efficient patient management and follow-up care.

Work Dates Needed : As soon as possible - ongoing

Worksite Setting : FQHC

Scope of Work : Primary Care treating patients 18+. The first patient of the day is scheduled at 8AM, and the last patient of the morning is scheduled at 11 : 15AM. The first patient of the afternoon is scheduled for 1PM, and the last patient of the day is scheduled at 4 : 00PM. New patient / hospital follow up slots are 30-minutes appointments, and there are 4 of them. The remaining appointments are 15-minutes established patient slots.
