In this role, you will :

  • Serve as the highest-level technical expert among hourly personnel in modeling, dimensioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead the installation and implementation of engineering projects within the Maumelle Plant.
  • Translate technical concepts into practical, tangible solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide engineering design support for new and existing systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues to enhance equipment reliability and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems, processes, and projects.
  • Manage and support engineering projects from concept through execution and completion.
  • Deliver technical training and mentorship to Operations, Engineering and Reliability teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all technical activities.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a state and / or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
  • 7+ years of hands-on mechanical industrial experience or 2-year technical school degree.
  • Have basic Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, and mechanical aptitude.
  • AutoCAD
  • SolidWorks
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 8-hour shifts, with occasional flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Working with high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment.
  • Working in an FDA regulated facility.
  • Woking in a Lean manufacturing environment.
