1st shift-TIG Welder, up to $25 / hr Mishawaka, IN

Kickstart your welding career with a leading manufacturer. We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality aerospace and industrial components.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required
TIG welding certification or technical training preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of TIG welding experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

Skills :

Proficiency in TIG welding various metals, including stainless steel, Inconel, cobalt, and aluminum alloys

Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Ability to inspect welds visually and with precision tools

Familiarity with pulse welding and heat control techniques

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Effective communicator and team player

Able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Tig welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship. You’ll work alongside skilled professionals, fabricating high-quality components in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM, with potential overtime.
