PLATFORM MANGER PROGRAM MANAGMENT

SOUTHFIELD MI WHQ or TUSCALOOSA AL PLANT

As a member of the Seating Division the Platform Manger Product Management will be responsible forleading cross functional teams and bringing new products to market.

The Role :

Your work will include but not be limited to :

• Frontline interaction to customer with a goal to position Lear as the supplier of choice.
• Lead cross functional teams on execution from award to implementation and throughout life cycle.
• Create and lead implementation strategies to ensure alignment required for all disciplines to cross functional teams.
• Assist in development and achieving identified roadmaps business plans and other key metrics aligned for the sustainability and profitability of the program.
• Identify and grow relationships with cross functional team members local and internationally to obtain required goals and objectives.
• Become subject matter experts on assigned products markets customer and competitors
