RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communicationsWork as agent assistantCheck in / out clientsAssist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.scheduling appointmentstaking payments and billing inquiriessmall marketing tasksProvide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Bi lingual is a plus
