About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Network Services to lead the strategic vision, design, and implementation of a highly secure, reliable, and scalable network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the network supports the company's business goals, including customer success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, balancing innovation with operational rigor, and will be expected to leverage automation and data-driven insights to optimize network performance. The role involves partnering with various functions, managing critical vendor and carrier relationships, and driving continuous network optimization. The VP will also be tasked with establishing and governing NOC operational strategy, championing automation, and tracking operational KPIs to enhance the customer experience. Applicants for the Vice President of Network Services position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in network infrastructure and services, with at least 7 years in executive or senior leadership roles. The role requires a deep technical knowledge of data center network architecture, WAN / LAN / Wi-Fi design, and multi-cloud connectivity patterns, as well as experience in network automation and orchestration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network security principles, zero-trust architectures, and compliance frameworks.
