Requirements / Qualifications

• Copy of Transcript (HS Transcripts)

OR Proof of HS Graduation (HS Diploma, GED, Bachelors' Degree)

Educational Requirements : A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders or graduation from a Speech Language Pathology Assistant Program is also required.

Experience Requirements : Prior SLPA experience in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
