Imagine Unlimited LLC is seeking a licensed Project Architect - Healthcare to lead projects from client briefing through final construction. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in collaboration with our preconstruction and construction teams. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring projects meet functional, creative, and sustainable goals. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for healthcare design innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, program, plan, and administer healthcare building projects, ensuring compliance with codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Develop conceptual plans, renderings, and detailed construction documents.
• Coordinate and integrate engineering elements into cohesive designs for client review and approval.
• Produce high-quality design work using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Work alongside project managers, supervising and checking design staff activities through all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Operations, and multi-discipline design teams.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, ensuring strong communication and alignment with project goals.
• Research and specify building materials, products, and systems.
• Ensure designs balance function, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance.
