We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This role requires someone who excels in managing IT systems and maintaining high-quality client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities :

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for IT systems, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments for clients.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, firewalls (Cisco SonicWall), and switching & routing.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
• Perform on-site visits to client locations several days per week, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
• Collaborate with Managed Services Provider (MSP) teams to deliver seamless IT solutions.
• Implement and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory systems.
• Deploy and support Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Monitor system performance and execute necessary upgrades or changes to improve functionality.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure technologies.
• Solid understanding of network components, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, and routing / switching.
• Experience working with Managed Services Providers (MSPs).
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build positive client relationships.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange.
• SharePoint experience is a plus but not required.
