ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and enhancement of core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, SPM, EA, and CMDB Build and maintain a robust CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for user-centric ServiceNow solutions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent work experience required At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration and custom application development At least 8 years of overall experience in an enterprise IT environment with knowledge of IT service management practices ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and front-end technologies such as HTML / CSS
