Job Description

The Program Coordinator coordinates and oversees the planning, development, and implementation of youth health curriculum targeting students in grades 9-12.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements programs to facilitate program goals.
• Plans and implements program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings and workshops.
• Develops and oversees project timelines.
• Coordinates program communications and marketing.
• May assist in proposal preparation, submission, and reporting.
• Compiles and analyzes program statistics.
• May develop and update training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Assists in the maintenance of program records and databases.
• Evaluates current programs against program goals and objectives.
• Identifies and recommends program improvements.
• Establishes program standards and objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• This position requires direct engagement with minors and youth during program activities. Adheres to all university policies and state regulations pertaining to the safety and protection of minors.
