Supervise contracted resources while onsite for facility improvement projects. Safety to include at a minimum : toolbox Manage maintenance projects to solve various problems in the mill. Maintain technical documents and prints. Ensure all documents and prints are easily available for all plant personnel. 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 5-10 years project management experience preferred. 2-3 years Industrial related experience preferred. Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) a plus. Excellent computer skills Strong communication skills Knowledge and skills in AutoCAD, MS EXCEL, MS Project. Capable of working independently in a self-directed environment

- Manage major capital investment projects from project conception to completion for any area of the plant.
- Effectively communicate project information to all affected stakeholders, including leading meetings, providing updates,
managing conflict and finding solutions with both internal and external resources.
