Job Title : Deskside Support Technician - IT Field Services

Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our fast-paced IT Field Services team. This individual will provide hands-on technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to support team objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Build, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for new and existing employees.
- ssist with monitor setup and workstation arrangements in designated areas.
- Support mobile devices and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and application issues; escalate when necessary.
- Occasionally work with high-level executives to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset management.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Windows ecosystem (OS, applications, troubleshooting).Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android).Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of staff.bility to work independently while contributing to team goals.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Preferred Qualifications
MacOS troubleshooting and support experience.Familiarity with enterprise tools for device deployment and management (e.g., Intune).Certifications : CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications.
