The role of the ITM Specialist is to accurately and efficiently process teller transactions via video through the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This includes, but is not limited to, balance inquiries, transfers, deposits, loan payments, account research, and product information. The ITM Specialist seeks opportunities to expand customer relationships with Cadence Bank through education and tailored product and service solutions. The role involves providing customer service and support, handling requests of varying complexity, and assisting customers via CL machines at multiple locations. The position requires full ownership of customer needs, modeling standards and vision to deliver exceptional products, service, and support, and leading within the remote banking team. This is an on-site position.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Teller Functions : Responsible for efficient, effective, and accurate teller functions processed using ITM machines, including deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, account transfers, transaction verification, and discrepancy resolution.
- Customer Engagement : Present and explain Cadence Bank services and products, assist in financial needs, answer questions, and solve problems through attentive listening and data collection.
- File Maintenance : Perform updates such as address changes, unlocking online banking, and debit card limits.
- Ownership : Take full ownership of customer interactions, including callbacks and extended research.
- Compliance & Training : Complete required compliance and training programs.
- Process Improvement : Seek ways to streamline work processes and enhance the ITM experience.
- Representation : Represent Cadence Bank professionally and positively.
- Confidentiality : Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Respect : Treat all co-workers and customers with respect.
Who You Are
