JOB TITLE :  SMT Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

LOCATION :   Clearwater, FL

PAY RATE : Up to $25 / hour

Summary :

Set up, operate, and perform minor troubleshooting on MyCronic or Universal Fuzion SMT equipment

Perform component placement, soldering, inspection, and AOI

Operate additional SMT tools including X-ray, stencil printers, and reflow ovens

Conduct equipment setup and adjustments with minimal supervision

Ensure all work complies with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S principles

Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives

Read and interpret blueprints and follow written / verbal instructions

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred

2+ years of SMT experience with MyCronic or Universal Fuzion machines

Proficient in SMT production processes, soldering, and visual / AOI inspection

Experience with machine shop practices and SMT equipment setup

Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD)

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Ability to work independently and on rotating lines as needed

Basic computer skills and English reading / writing proficiency

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
