About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management for its AI platform, with a focus on the end-to-end user journey and execution layer. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform and signature service ownership, leading teams in platform services, hybrid management, telemetry, migrations, and partner marketplace integration. This role requires a strategic vision for the platform user experiences and services, ensuring a seamless and high-value experience for customers. The VP will also drive the product requirements for the platform UX layer, prioritize features for usability and integration, and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to create a technology strategy for the platform.

Candidates for this executive role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product leadership, with at least 5 years at a VP level or higher, and a deep technical background in modern database technology, cloud-native architecture, data migration strategies, and hybrid / multi-cloud environments. The role demands a proven ability to deliver a world-class user experience for enterprise-grade software, as well as experience in managing product teams responsible for core platform services. The VP will be expected to communicate complex technical roadmaps and strategic visions effectively to various stakeholders and to work closely with the solution architecture team and product leaders to ensure the platform meets the feature and performance requirements of the business.
