About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM Functional Consultant with strong implementation and functional analysis expertise. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive requirements, configuration, solution design, and end-to-end implementation activities. This is a fully on-site role in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from IT and business teams.
• Perform gap analysis and map AS-IS vs. TO-BE processes.
• Configure Hexagon EAM modules based on customer needs.
• Work with business users to design and validate asset hierarchy structures (ISO14224).
• Prepare functional requirement documentation and propose process workarounds.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams for customizations.
• Provide functional support and clarity to development teams.
• Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage project milestones and obtain phase sign-offs.
• Assist in Go-Live planning and execution using defined checklists.
• Work in alignment with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project implementation best practices.
• Willingness to travel if required and ability to work onsite full-time.
