Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a well-versed Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business clients primarily via email and phone, while performing a high volume of accurate data entry and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver outstanding customer service to business clients through email and phone communication.

Accurately enter purchase orders and maintain detailed records.

Assist service agencies and customers with questions related to parts and inventory.

Provide updates on shipment history, tracking details, and inventory statuses to dealers and representatives.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Strong data entry and order processing skills (skills test required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience with switchboard operations is a plus.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (in office)

Pay Rate : $14.50 / hour to start, increasing to $15.00 / hour upon hire
