What You Will Do

• Architect and lead the development of large-scale Computer Vision and Machine Learning systems powering member and associate experiences at Sams Club
• Design innovative modeling approaches for object detection, item recognition, tracking, and visual anomaly detection in real-world retail environments
• Drive complex technical initiatives, setting the vision for model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement
• Collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape the future roadmap for vision-based technologies
• Mentor and guide Data Scientists and Engineers to raise the level of technical excellence across the organization
