Enrollment and Eligibility Representative

A company is looking for an Associate Enrollment and Eligibility Representative. Key Responsibilities Research and reconcile enrollment errors by comparing reports with system information and CMS records Prepare and maintain new member or group enrollments while responding to eligibility inquiries Perform basic clerical tasks and assist in improving quality and productivity processes Required Qualifications High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of experience in an office environment using a telephone and computer 1+ years of customer service experience Stable work experience and proficiency in MS Windows
