Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies designed to help them achieve their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families through therapy approaches to encourage ongoing progress in their home environments.
• Track and Assess Patient Progress : Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure patients are making strides toward their goals.
