Position Overview

As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control you will lead our organization at the most important levelthe client level. This role is designed for a Level 5 Leader : someone who combines humility with fierce professional will understands our mission and inspires others to achieve greatness.

Your daily responsibilities will focus on driving growth and profitability by achieving key goals in Sales Customer Service Hiring Retention and other strategic areas. You will be the primary point of contact for your region building and developing a team that embodies Foxs core values while positioning Fox as the leader in pest management solutions.

Each branch is supported by a dedicated team handling route planning customer service billing and collections so you can focus on leadership and strategic growth.
